ulations to Madie Hubbell, Conor Wells and Andrew Barrett on their efforts at the state cross country meet.
Madie took 4th place with a time of 14:40, Conor took 20th with a time of 16:20 and Andrew won third place in a time of 15:57. Way to go Riders! Get the complete results here.

The State meet will be at Lakeside Municipal Golf Course at Kennedy Park north of Fort Dodge on Saturday, October 31. Madie Hubbell will represent TRHS in the Girls 4A race at 11:00 am. Andrew Barrett and Conor Wells will compete in the Boys 4A race at 11:30. The 4A awards ceremony is scheduled at 12:20. The full schedule is available here.

Madie earned third place at the Regional meet on Monday evening with a time of 14:54. Conor took second place at the District meet in a time of 16:51 and Andrew was right behind him in third place with a time of 16:52. Good luck to these Riders as they compete on Saturday, October 31 in the state meet.

The Indianola Regional/District Cross Country meet has been postponed until MONDAY, October 26. Girls race is at 4:30, Boys at 4:55. The meet will be at Pickard Park in Indianola, as originally planned.
This is the qualifying meet for the State meet.
Three teams and ten individuals qualify for state.
The meet will be at Pickard Recreational Park just east of Indianola.

PARKING
Pickard Park has just added a new paved parking lot, with additional spots, but parking may still be an issue. Overflow parking WILL NOT be allowed along Highway 92. The Iowa Highway Department will post signs prohibiting parking along the Highway. Cars parked on the Highway will be ticketed.
Overflow parking will be in the Mount Calvary Lutheran Church Parking lot across the Highway from Pickard Park or at the Indianola Middle School; which is west of Pickard Park, and about a ½ mile walk.

The Roosevelt Girls Varsity took second place at the conference meet, with Madie Hubbell taking first place in a time of 14:27.
The Varsity Boys took first place with a team score of 30 points.
Congratulations to all the Rider Runners for their successes this year. The next meet will be the Varsity District/Regional Meet at Pickard Park in Indianola on Thursday, October 22.

The team banquet for both the boys and girls will be on Thursday, November 5 at 6:00 pm. The location will be Westminster Presbyterian Church, Franklin at Beaver. More details will be coming, but plan on it being a potluck!
