Details coming soon! Volunteers are needed. Contact your team parent to help with the following:
- Course Marshall
- Set-up
- Check-in table
- Chip return
- Concession stand (JV girls, JV boys, Varsity girls, Varsity boys) – sign up for a race that your child is not in so that we can be sure you are free to see your child run
- Heartland Classic T-Shirt sales – same thing here . . . choose a race time that your child when your child will not be running
- Tear-down
We need many donations of food to sell, water and gatorade. Here’s what is needed from each family:
- Please plan to donate a case of water or gatorade and 2-3 dozen baked or purchased items to sell at the concession. Ideas include muffins, granola bars, cookies, bagels, fruit, etc. These items can either be brought directly to the concession by 9:00 day of the meet, or dropped on at the Schott’s house or the Carty’s house the day prior. Please respond with what you are able to donate so that we can plan accordingly.
- Coolers – we’ll be in need of several coolers with ice – anyone have a chest cooler they can bring day of?
