The conference meet will be at Ewing Park on Tuesday, October 13. The course layout may be a little different that what we have seen before. Here is a course map:

District/Regional meet locations announced
Roosevelt has been assigned Indianola for the district/regional meet on October 22. The full list of participants and meet locations is available on the state website.

Fort Dodge Invitational on Oct. 8
Both the boys and the girls will be running on the State Meet course on Thursday. The Fort Dodge Invitational is at the Lakeside Municipal Golf Course north of Fort Dodge, near the airport. This state meet course is in the country, so there may be combines working in the fields nearby, and it is generally breezy. The schedule indicates that there will be elementary and middle school races followed by JV Girls at 4:45, then JV Boys, Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys. 24th annual Roy Griak Invitational, Sept. 26
Roosevelt will have representatives from both the boys and the girls teams at the Roy Griak Invitational again this year. The race is run on the campus of the University of Minnesota at the Les Bolstad Golf Course, 2275 W. Larpenteur Avenue.

Middle School girls take 1st, JV and Varsity each 3rd
The Roosevelt girls Middle School team took 1st place at the Newton Cardinal Invitational. Congratulations to our future Rider Runner!!

Roosevelt XC separates for the week
This week the Boys and the Girls teams split their competition!
The Girls will compete in the Newton Cardinal Invitational on Tuesday, September 22. This meet is at the Westwood Park Golf Course just west of Newton.
The Boys will compete at the Indianola Invitational on Thursday, September 24. The Indianola meet is on our old, familiar Pickard Park course just east of Indianola.
